Review: A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas

O.M.G!!! YOU GUYS!!!
This was my first book by Sarah J. Maas
Yup, yup, you’ve read that’s right. I never read anything by her before. Let me tell you that has definitely changed. I will be reading a lot of Sarah J. Maas books from now on.

This story was incredible. I fell in love with it for the soul purpose for being a retelling of Beauty and the Beast.
But when I started reading it… I realized that it was more  than that. The story was breathtaking with amazing characters, the world building was outstanding and the writing style was perfection!

I’m so lost for words in this book. I can’t say much because of spoilers, all ready. So you can image how it feels
Boy… this one is pretty hard lol.
But I will try and say this.

If you love re-tellings.

If you love Beauty and the Beast.

If you love kickass heroines.

If you love fantasy.
And most of all
If you love Sarah J. Maas

Trust Me!!

The main character Feyre was amazing and well written, She never cried or complained. She was extremely strong and stood up for herself. She didn’t instantly fall in love either, which was a plus but when she finally did, it was amazing!!! The lengths that she went thru to prove that she loved a Fae was amazing.

The boys in this book OMG.

Tamlin, Lucien and Rhys

They were sexy, witty, snarky, and protective.
And this story is worth reading just for them alone.

This was an absolutely outstanding book and I recommend it to anyone. If you haven’t read anything by this author yet. Start with this one. It is a series, however it reads as a standalone. So even if you don’t like, you will see a conclusion. But I very much doubt that lol

Happy reading
